What is a Trust Score?
A 0–1000 score computed from six real signals — KYC verification, professional experience, client reviews, verified deal history, responsiveness and profile transparency. It carries a badge so it reads at a glance: Bronze 0–250, Silver 251–500, Gold 501–750, Platinum 751–1000.
How do I verify a professional?
Every professional carries a digital Trust Card with a unique FMR ID and a QR code. Enter the ID on our verify page, or scan the QR, and you see their live profile, badge and score straight from our records.
Is it free for buyers and investors?
Yes, permanently. Searching, comparing, opening a full score breakdown, verifying a Trust Card and contacting a professional are all free. Professionals fund the platform, never the buyer.
How do I contact a professional?
Three ways from any profile: message them on WhatsApp, request a call back, or schedule a meeting at a date and time that suits you. Whichever you pick, the request lands in that professional's dashboard and stays in your My Inquiries.
Can a Trust Score go down?
Yes, and that is the point. Slow replies, an unresolved complaint or a withdrawn verification pull it down; closed deals and genuine reviews push it up. A score that only ever rose would not be worth reading.
