The basics
Which professionals are on FindMyRealtors?+
Four: Realtors, Bankers, Advocates and Accountants. That is the whole list. We would rather verify four categories properly than publish twelve we cannot stand behind.
Is it free for me as a buyer or investor?+
Yes, permanently. Searching, comparing, opening a full Trust Score breakdown, verifying a Trust Card and contacting a professional are all free. Professionals fund the platform, never the buyer.
How do I know a professional is genuine?+
Every listed professional has cleared KYC — PAN, Aadhaar and their licence or registration checked at source. If a profile carries no Trust Score, it has not been verified, and we do not list it.
What is a Trust Card?+
A shareable card carrying the professional's photo, FMR ID, badge and live Trust Score. Enter the ID on our verify page, or scan the QR, to confirm it is real.
Understanding the Trust Score
What do the numbers actually mean?+
The score runs 0 to 1000 and carries a badge so you can read it instantly: Bronze 0–250, Silver 251–500, Gold 501–750, Platinum 751–1000. The coloured ring around every photo is that same score drawn as an arc — a full ring means a full score.
How is it calculated?+
Six weighted factors: Identity & KYC 25%, Experience 20%, Client Feedback 20%, Deal Performance 15%, Responsiveness 12%, Transparency 8%. Every professional can see their own breakdown, factor by factor, in their dashboard.
Can a professional pay to raise their score?+
No. There is no paid tier that moves the number and we do not accept payment to change a score. Completing a profile, replying quickly and collecting genuine reviews is the entire lever.
Can a score go down?+
Yes, and that is the point. Slow replies, an unresolved complaint, a withdrawn verification or poor recent feedback pull it down. A score that only ever rose would not be worth reading.
Why does a new professional start low?+
Because nothing has been proven yet. A new joiner starts in Bronze and climbs as KYC clears, deals close and real clients review them. A low score is not an accusation — it means the evidence is not in.
Contacting a professional
How do I reach someone I like?+
Three ways from any profile. Message them on WhatsApp, request a call back so they ring you, or schedule a meeting at a date and time that suits you. Pick whichever fits — all three reach the same person.
What happens after I send a request?+
It lands in that professional's dashboard immediately, with your name, number and what you asked for, and they are notified. Your copy stays under My Inquiries in your account, so you always have a record.
Do I have to log in to contact someone?+
Yes. It ties the request to your account so you can track it, and it keeps professionals from being buried under anonymous spam.
Something went wrong with a professional. What now?+
Report it from their profile or write to us. Complaints are investigated, and an unresolved complaint pulls their Trust Score down.
For professionals
How do I get verified?+
Register, then upload PAN, Aadhaar and your RERA, bar-council or practice registration. Our team checks each document against the issuing source, usually within two working days.
What should I put in Specializes in?+
The work you actually want leads for — Commercial Properties, Home Loans, Property Litigation, and so on — plus a short supporting line. It appears on your card everywhere you are listed, so it is often the first thing a buyer reads.
A document of mine was rejected. What do I do?+
Re-upload a clearer copy from your dashboard. If you believe the rejection was wrong, raise it from the same screen and a human re-checks it.
Do you sell my contact details?+
Never. Documents are used for verification only, and we do not sell contact data to third parties.
Can I hide my phone number?+
Yes. You can route enquiries through the platform instead of publishing a number — your response time is still measured either way.
