Delete your FindMyRealtors account

In the app: open Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete my account and confirm. Your request reaches our team at once.

Without the app: send an email to info@findmyrealtors.com with the subject “Delete my FindMyRealtors account”, from the email address on your account or giving the mobile number on your account. We may contact you on that number or email to confirm that the request is really yours.

We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deletion cannot be undone; you can register again afterwards as a new member.

• your account and sign-in (name, mobile number, email, password, city, photos);
• for professionals: the professional profile, Trust Score history, verification details and uploaded documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, registration), experience, projects, pipelines and leads;
• your property listings, saved properties, requirements, reviews of properties, stories and group memberships;
• your chats with their messages, photos, documents and voice notes, and your call records;
• your blocks and reports, your device’s notification address, and your last-seen status.

• The consent record — the date, time and IP address at which you accepted our terms. It is legal proof that consent was given and is shown nowhere.
• Payment and fee records of professionals, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Enquiries you sent to a professional stay in that professional’s own records (your name, number and message as you sent them), no longer linked to an account.
• Backups made before the deletion are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

You can delete a message or a story yourself in the app, and change your profile details and photos at any time. To have a listing, a requirement, a verification document or another specific item removed while keeping your account, write to us at info@findmyrealtors.com.
