The rules of using FindMyRealtors

These terms apply to the website findmyrealtors.com and the FindMyRealtors mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is done from your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.

Investors use FindMyRealtors free of charge to find and contact professionals and properties. Professionals — realtors, bankers, advocates and chartered accountants — register, are verified, and are shown with a Trust Score.

FindMyRealtors is a platform that introduces investors to independent professionals and shows information that helps you judge them. We are not a real estate broker, a lender, a law firm or an accounting firm, and we are not a party to any deal, loan, agreement or advice between you and a professional.

Listings, project details, prices and claims are provided by the professionals and members who post them. We review listings before they are published and remove what we find to be wrong, but we do not guarantee that any listing, title, approval, price or statement is accurate. Before you pay anyone or sign anything, check the property, its documents, the RERA registration and the professional yourself, and take independent advice where it matters.

We check the identity and professional registration that a professional submits, and show which checks have been completed. The Trust Score (0–1000) is calculated from verification, experience, qualification, client reviews and recorded outcomes on the platform. It can go up or down, and it cannot be bought.

Verification and the Trust Score are information to help you decide. They are not a guarantee, a recommendation or a certificate of any professional’s conduct, competence or of the outcome of your dealings with them.

• Submit only true, complete and current information and documents. False or misleading information can lead to suspension or removal, loss of verified status and cancellation of the Trust Score.
• You authorize us to verify what you submit, including with government authorities, regulators, employers and professional councils.
• You agree to the public display of your professional profile, verified credentials, Trust Score, Trust Card, ratings and reviews.
• Keep every license and registration your profession requires in force, and follow the law and your professional rules in every dealing.
• Respond to enquiries honestly and promptly, and record outcomes (visits, deals) truthfully.

Investors pay nothing to FindMyRealtors.

Lead Success Fee (professionals). When a lead that came through FindMyRealtors turns into a completed deal, the professional owes a fee on it: property sale — 0.1% of the transaction value; rent or lease — 1% of the lease / rental agreement value; home loan — 0.25% of the sanctioned loan amount; legal service — 20% of the professional fee charged; accounting or tax service — 20% of the professional fee charged. The fee is shown in the app when the deal is recorded and is paid through Razorpay; a fee that is due stays shown in the app, with reminders, until it is paid.

A professional may also be shown an optional registration fee when joining; skipping it does not affect verification or the Trust Score. Taxes apply as the law requires. Any plan or fee other than these will be shown to you clearly before you pay.

You keep ownership of what you post — listings, photos, messages, reviews, stories. You give us permission to store, show and deliver it as the service requires. You must have the right to post it.

You must not use FindMyRealtors to:

• post anything false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening or unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy;
• harass, spam, impersonate or deceive other members, or collect their information for use outside the platform;
• post fake reviews, or reviews in exchange for a benefit, or try to manipulate a Trust Score;
• advertise property or services you are not entitled to offer, or avoid a fee that is due;
• interfere with the service, copy it, or access it by automated means without our written permission.

Reporting and blocking. You can block any member and report a member, message, listing or review from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or remove an account. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms without notice where needed to protect members.

Chats and calls are for dealings between members about property and professional services. A professional may send a broadcast message only to their own leads who use the app, within the limits the app sets. We send service messages (sign-in codes, enquiries, verification results, fee notices) in the app, by notification, by email or on WhatsApp.

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. Fees already due remain payable.

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any professional, listing or project will meet your expectations.

To the extent the law allows, FindMyRealtors is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with another member, from reliance on a listing, review or Trust Score, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You agree to compensate FindMyRealtors for losses and claims that arise from your breach of these terms or of the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first — most problems are solved that way. Disputes that are not resolved are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
